Hunting Registration Requirements
Hunting License
All foreign hunters must possess a valid hunting license from their home country, valid for the entire duration of hunting activities in Romania.
Accident Insurance
Comprehensive international accident insurance is mandatory, covering any potential accidents during the hunt.
Firearm Permit
Valid firearm permit required for the entire period of stay in Romania. Must be recognized internationally.
Important Requirements
- All hunters must be members of a recognized hunting society in their country
- Valid accident insurance must be recognized in Romania
- Our company handles all hunting registrations and entry formalities
- Company is not liable for injuries or accidents during hunting
Booking & Registration Process
Days Before Hunt
Submit signed registration command with 30% advance payment of estimated total cost
Days Before Arrival
Provide required information for firearm and ammunition licenses
Cancellation Policy
Registration fee non-refundable unless cancelled 30+ days prior. Deposits transferable to future hunts.
Travel & Hunting Formalities
Firearms & Ammunition
- Maximum 50 cartridges per firearm
- Maximum 2 firearms per hunter
- Documents required 15 days prior
Hunting Dogs
- Sanitary-veterinary certificate (10 days prior)
- Rabies vaccination (1-12 months old)
- Entry facilitated by our team
During Your Hunt
Qualified Personnel
Local hunting society employees will assist throughout your hunt
Trophy Processing
Professional preparation, clearing, and packaging of all trophies
Trophy Evaluation
Size and value determined by qualified staff in your presence
Payments & Disputes
Final Payment
Remaining balance (after 30% advance) must be paid in cash at hunt conclusion, after trophy evaluation.
Dispute Resolution
All disputes resolved on-site. Unresolved trophy disputes escalated to National Committee for Evaluating Hunted Trophies.
Trophy Collection
Trophies available only after all fees paid and proper documentation provided.
